Welcome to Ripon Elementary! 

My name is Rachel Henley and I am very excited to begin this year as your new principal. I have been teaching for over 20 years and this will be my 7th year as an administrator. I attended University of Phoenix and received a BA degree in Human Services and Management. I have a Multi-subject teaching credential, a Masters degree in Education, and an Administrative credential. My experience includes teaching Special Needs students, music, PE, and students in TK-8th grades. I was also an Instructional Coach for TK-8th grade teachers.

At Ripon Elementary we are committed and dedicated to meet students where they are at. We have interventions in place for students who need support or a challenge. I am excited and I am looking forward to partnering with you to help guide our students on the educational journeys they may choose through exploration and a growth mindset.
